What we do

Riding lessons

 Horses 101 Classes teach basic horsemanship, horse care and safety. 

New this year: we will be incorporating riding lessons into the class.

Each student will be taking care of one of the horses for the three day event…cleaning the stall, feeding, watering, brushing.  They will learn about some of the different breeds of horses and what is special about those breeds.  A workbook will be provided for each child which they will take home when the class is over. We will have a picnic sack lunch, after lunch we will ride (weather permitting) then on to the swimming pool.  Our Horses 101 class is for children ages 6 and up.
